I am in Iraq and my company gives us access to Houston. I have found that these cards are very fair and inexpensive. I can call direct to Houston for free and the call is charged accurately. I have never had any major problems and I have used more than 5000 minutes. The only problems are cell phones will kill your minutes- I could not re-order or re-charge my cards. Customer service could not refer me to a dealer, and the cards expire after 3 months. I have used all of my cards up and I am trying to find somebody to take my money for some more numbers!
