Title: Rates are fake

They claim to have a weekly fee. They have a daily fee that adds up to more than the weekly fee. They claim to have a certain rate to call cell phones in China, but charge 4 times the advertised rare. Calling customer support (which had very rude and unprofessional workers and managers) resulted in the usual excuses of: 1. It's the weekly fee. (it isn't). 2. It's the after call service fee. (yeah, if it's 300%) 3. The website is out of date. (dialing into their system claimed minutes based on advertised rates before the call - afterwards, you find out how much you REALLY paid). Finally, they fell back on the excuse that the carriers in China hit them for extra fees that they passed on. They could never explain what these fees were or how I could know in advance how much a 30 minute call would cost. They refused to issue even 1 cent of credit for the lost time on the card. |
